Paying for paradise is like being at 10,000 feet and running out of gas in boots made of leather with a bear closing in. That bear is supposed to be playing but once you start to run, the bear gets really excited and pretty soon is chasing you. You think that if this bear gets you, the bear's idea of play is going to be the end of us all. So, you throw your rifle out and get on that tree fast. Once its done, you know, you are sweating bullets saying not again, not again. It only takes one bear chase for you to realize that it's not what you steal, desire, or graft; or what you grant, allow, or dream, that matters anymore - it's what you give, stop, or push-back. Otherwise - well there is the bear - and that bear's idea of play becomes less play the more that the bear chases.

ReplyDeleteThe testament of our modern day society is that plunder has become a way of life for the richest in the society to over the course of time to create themselves a legal system that authorizes plunder and a moral code and system of disinformation that glorfies it. Once they are able to do this the 98% are willing accomplices to the plunder and destruction that occurs as they hope and pray to the new testament in the dream of them getting theirs, theirs, theirs. Only the 1% out there remain that refuse to be part of this society. The rich deal with those by educating the 98% to blame them why they are not getting what they need.

ReplyDeleteThe problem with society and government today is not about how we cut taxes but rather about how we stop corruption, graft, and mismanagement. If everyone paid their taxes, if that tax money was not redistributed to the richest of the rich and corporations, or funneled into programs that are more about generating profit then we would likely not ever have to talk about tax cuts.
