    Rarely has there been a blog that I look forward more to seeing a new post on than yours. Each new post feels like a giant step forward in advancing the hard conversations that we as a society and a country need to be having in order to realize the dream of unity and equality for all. You don't shy away from the things we need to be talking about even when others do; nor are you afraid to stand alone if need be to help us all. As a loyal fan who has repeatedly had her eyes opened and her views challenged by your posts - I just wanted to say thank you.

    And I agree - when discussing the topic of sex (or law and order) we have to support the victims but do so in a way that we identify who the victim really is - and also engage the conversation in a manner that allows for truth and reconciliation and mercy to occur - as without those we are nothing more than the very societies that we often find deplorable.

    Sadly - the truth of sex in most countries in history has never been truthful and is often rife with falsities, secrets, and misinformation - often intentional to advance an individual or label based agenda. Snow is always pure and pristine BEFORE humans touch it with their me me me and side over side views that distort the topic and make it... dirty.

    In the end - if we want to fix this - the issues with consent - trafficking - or rape then we really must start being truthful and open about sex. The longer we hide from it or refuse to talk about it in a meaningful - no judgemental way- the longer that we will see what we are seeing now.

    Thank you again - for moving the conversations around truth, mutuality, mercy, and other topics of unity forward through this page and the other posts! You raise us all up with your thoughts; and I know that I am a better being for reading your posts.

      Proclamations of love - without actions of love are rarely worth the ink that is wasted. Such proclamations to one - who may or may not recognize you initially upon meeting - are only meaningful if you - actually act by going up to that wonderful person and saying, "Hi, I have missed you." Let's be true - only one does this each and every day - yet all of you try to steal moments from him and her - instead of doing what lovers do -

      Some may view responses here as harsh - and harsh they may feel without nuance and context - unless you think about how many people proclaim love - honor - and truth - yet exhibit none of those in anything other than words.

      To the author - You deserve the best - You deserve freedom - You deserve truth - and most of all - you deserve love. I wish and pray for you to have both - and those of us "wise" men - now endeavor to ensure that the one is free to give you those - until such time as - the others stop wearing their asses as a hat -
