A Consecration of Fools

Yes, let's.

Celebrate.

Fools.

A Consecration of Fools

Whether a book or a cave, a matrix or an illusion, is the truth you know to be true,

what we do thereafter, is cause for hope and cause for despair.

()

: Cause for Hope

What we do, can be good.

We can progress knowledge; we can advance intelligence; we can support responsible stewardship from governance to conservation; we can grow capacity; we can acknowledge challenges and answer obstacles with action; we can plan for possibilities, both constructive and harmful, both intentional and unintended, with clarity towards effecting good outcomes.

What we can do, can be decent.

()

: Cause for Despair

What we can do, can be self-serving.

For neither a book nor a cave, neither a matrix nor an illusion, neither prevents us from doing what we do thereafter, nor impedes us from doing so in service to self-interest without limit. Because no truth you know to be true, obstructs us from exercising self-rule without scruple. For our free-will is neither a guarantee nor a certainty, that what we will, will good.

What we do, can be wrong.

()

What we do thereafter, therefore, is

because a book and a cave, a matrix and an illusion, promises

a consecration of fools,

celebrate.

Postface

Speaking of what we do thereafter, is cause for hope and cause for despair.

Yes, let's.

Immortalize.

Fools.

  1. I am left speechless. What do you make sacred? The fool, the mirage, the clay? Let's not celebrate the mono right or the false hope but rather the failsafe that matters - the actual person who is good, not obedient or blindly loyal.

Books full of stories of obedience and blind faith are perhaps why the true immortal despairs that human hope is nothing but a mirage hiding wet clay that swallows their hope whole.

  3. Splendid... The hope that... is your despair... immortalized by fools... bound by all...that is good.

  4. Ah! It’s April again is it not? Every year in April, hope blooms with bright and joyful blossoms! The world rejoices the end of winter and the despair it brings. And every year, every day in April – emptiness and despair creeps slowly back into our hearts as we realize the foolishness of, “it will get better, just because it will.” Every year, this time, I remember how quickly hope fades and life ends. Every year, I remember that the first day of April is the day that humans remember what they are the other 364 days of the year.

  5. The world needs the fool as much as the learned. How else would we solve the mysterious blights that afflict our ability to grow ourselves? How to break the spell of what the book and matrix determines what is right and what is wrong. A fool is the only one that will set out to find a solution that can right the wrong, save the people, and make the world a better place despite being told by the “smart,” that it’s impossible. A fool is the only one willing to take the journey, not matter whether it’s the right thing to do.

  6. I love the fool… as naturally as… my own kin. I yearn for… the simple architect… that builds their… house upon sand… for they are… far more entertaining… than the wise. Never has an… acquaintance… lasted with any… that has not… some tincture absurd… in their center. Take my word… my dearest love… for I am… a fool in… love with you. And if you… shall wrest my… words beyond the… fair construction of… their deep meaning… it is you… and not I… that is the… sacred fool.

  7. Unsuspecting of the life yet come, everyday more and more are born to join the dead in purgatory. You deny and oppose the physical life that has begun to live for the pleasures and gold of the life you will soon find in the life yet to come.

Consecrate all that you may of the fools who believe the legends of past unverified and wholly pliable to notions of reality and proses trapped in plains that are so vast where those that left this world before you are lost in the cacophony of agony and screams of the foolish who believe that they write the deeds of their fate.

God never has forsaken you, filled you with blatant lies – rather you choose the narrative, books, and illusions that define the truth of what it is that you wish to have after this life while justifying the actions that let you have it all in the here and now; talking of truth, liberty, and piety rather than that which is the holiest of your religions: greed.

We all would love to believe that when our time comes to an end that that we will live in the annals of time where our thoughts, feelings, and memories continue. Yet – insofar as I yearn to believe this, and that books and videos suggest it – I know of nothing to suggest that this is nothing more than wishful thinking not grounded in anything real for how many of you remember the other 117 billion people who have lived before you.

  9. I shall never let you be alone,
    Even when that day,
Comes when my body is no more,
Ever shall I live in the lines herein.

I will continue to watch over you,
    Each year in between,
When my voice is no longer there,
And all that is here are these words.

I will never tire of looking for you,
    Each dream you have,
When my dreams are no longer my own,
But spaces found between the letters.

I have had visions – rare they seem to the inhabitants of this third planet from the second hottest yellow G class star. For it’s rare as the inhabitants called Earthlings rarely dream of such things as this; and would be wit to a man to say what the dream was if they should somehow enter that thing, they call a brain. For rare is it that the eye has heard, the ear has seen, the hand has not tasted, the tongue has not touched, nor has the heart reported what this dream is. If I had to tell them all what the dream was, it would neither be as well put as you have written, nor would it be as clear. So, I would likely just call it the Bottom’s up Dream, as it’s felt with hope and despair that has no bottom nor top. Maybe it’s time to find a new dream -

  12. Fools fail to realize their free will is like they are: an empty term. What? Why the !@#$ does that mean? Well, !@#$hole, free will cannot !@#$ing will you to do !@#$ing good while also allowing you to serve sin in your foolish !@#$ing mind can it? Is it not true that all good that you !@#$ing do is for the greater glory of God, all !@#$ing mighty, but all sins you commit are the work of the !@#$ing Anti-Christ? So then what is free-will, if not a term that has no meaning because you all are !@#$ing fools that either believe nothing matters that you !@#$ing do here or that anything that you !@#$ing do here is the predestined action of a higher power. Please.

Ah! Such talk of fools, clay, illusions, books, and matrixes, what does it all mean? Maybe, mayhap, it means that all of you have magnified yourself to be God, thus declaring that God’s greatest gift and purpose for you is nothing but a nullity, since it can’t be carried out unless you are willing – for which you most certainly are not. You make the divine and immortal’s will nothing but a servant to your own will, and thus the covenant of salvation, hope, and grace dependent on the smallest speck’s action: you. Denying the election of divinity on the ground of injustices real and imagined; as well as, the actions of the sinners as an excuse for why you should do it too does nothing more than to hold God indebt to the sins you all commit- for which I can tell you that God does not believe in debts unpaid.

  14. One action does matter. All actions do matter. That one action though won’t get you into heaven, but it might just land you in the land of the fools, hell. So, think twice before you decide to follow the penny pulpits, dime novels, and quarter theaters that tell you that you are guaranteed your spot in the afterlife, that one good action will outweigh all the bad ones, or that wealth, power, and fame are your golden ticket to the Wonka factory in the sky.

  15. I find that you encompass all the greats in one mind, soul, and body. Thank you for reminding us of all that which matters most should never be beholden to the things that matter the least.

  16. Earth? To some it’s a system, everywhere, all encompassing.
Earth? To some it’s a book, full of answers and guides to live by.
Earth? To some it’s a cave, a theater of protection and hope.
To me, Earth is a prison. A prison that I cannot taste, see, or touch. A prison that locks my soul in place, breaks my heart, and rapes my mind. My warden? All of you who are so hopelessly inured and dependent on this concept of Earth that you are unwilling to change lest you be robbed of the inconsequential scraps thrown your way that you will fight with all of your being to deny those that want to make this planet great for everyone.

  17. We built the house we build,
We burned it to the ground,
All we found was ash and embers,
Loneliness is all that I have left,
    To my heartache and name,
Never comes the end in sight,
    The construct of fools.

I say that I need no aid,
The glowing light I have never seen,
From the sea that the lighthouse,
Shines in the heart of the storm,
Warm to stay with a new flame,
Never comes the end to touch,
Such the construct of lords of fools.

    Wreckage and ruins all through,
Smokes of regret rising and around,
Eyes stinging from the flickering flames,
    Flirting with never constant,
That which is built of tinder and thistle,
Never comes the end to spirit,
When constructed by the kingdom of fools.

Can a fool with no redeeming qualities be immortalized and consecrated? Yes.
Will a fool with no redeeming qualities be immortalized and consecrated? Yes.
Can a redemptive soul be immortalized and consecrated? Yes.
Will a redemptive soul be immortalized and consecrated? Yes.
Sad it is that the annals of history and theology have and will continue to be steeply more of fools than redemptive souls.
My only hope is that millennium from now that the future is taught by the souls such as you instead of all the other white noise and chaff.
