the wealthiest citizens of the world and the wealthiest corporate citizens of the world, verily, 'job' 'creators' and 'wealth' 'creators' -

the 1% of the 1% and oligarchs and royalty and potentates, verily, 'job' 'creators' and 'wealth' 'creators' -

are 'exposed' per se vis a vis the Paradise Papers - !

&

If -

the robbed don't give a fuck that robbers are robbing them with unbridled impunity -

then - 

what's in it for robbers who rob the robbed - to stop - ?

But - !

The 'exposed' issue legal statements that affirm the 'legality' and the 'lawfulness' of whatever 'it' is that the paradise papers 'expose' - !

So - that's that - !

Uhm -

no - it is not legal and it is not lawful - to defraud.

But - !

The 'exposed' issue 'official' 'public' 'statements' that affirm the 'legality' and the 'lawfulness' of whatever 'it' is that the paradise papers 'expose' - !

Why - isn't - that that - ?

Uhm -

to say and to mean that - 'it' - is 'legal' and 'lawful' - does - not - make - 'it' - 'legal' and 'lawful' - if - that which is - 'it' - 

is - 

fraud.

Else -

why 'hide' that which is 'lauded' as 'wise' of so-called 'competitive' and 'successful' 'businesses' and 'practices' - ?

why 'obscure' 'interest' and 'ownership' of 'legal' and 'lawful' 'businesses' and 'practices' vis a vis one, two, ten, twenty or more 'businesses' and 'practices' that exist solely to 'mask' 'interests' and 'ownership' - ? 

(Or - 

is - this - opacity - the new 'transparency' - ? That, per 'official' 'public' 'statements', are affirmed the very exemplification of 'transparency' - ! That, per 'presumptions' of 'good' 'faith', are affirmed irrefutably so - ! Irrespective of millions and billions of 'reasons' to deceive and defraud - ?)

Notwithstanding - that -

the 'exposed' who - knowingly or deliberately or callously or indifferently - defraud the robbed are 'advised' to -

(1) deny deny deny - and - 

(2) not recall.

Because -

inexplicably - 

it is 'legal' and it is 'lawful' to obstruct and impede justice - if - such obstruction and such impediment is 'legal' and 'lawful'. 

(Case in point, (1) and (2) above.)

Verily -

in the grim Charybdis of self interest -

the robbed don't give a damn - because -

the robbed are placated into complacency by 'official' 'public' statements' that 'flip' or 'wash' theft and fraud and deceit (and often also, graft and corruption) from 'illegal' and 'unlawful' 'businesses' and 'practices' to 'legal' and 'lawful' 'businesses' and 'practices' - 

and -

the robbers don't give a damn - because -

what's in it for robbers who rob the robbed - to stop - is - 

nothing.

Between such robbed and such robbers -

nothing. will. ever. change.

Because.

The legacy of greed is a 'zero' 'sum' game' propagandized as a 'win win' 'solution' to the 'prisoner's' 'dilemma' that succumbs to the inevitable conclusion of 'mutual' 'assured' 'destruction' unbridled.

What - ???

&

Let's say there are only two systems of government in the world.

Let's say these two systems are ideological. Therefore: these two systems are (1) defined by 'beliefs' and (2) advance 'beliefs'.

Despite being a system of government - 

these two ideological systems inexplicably straddle more than the domain of 'governance'.

Indeed, these two ideological systems are defined by and advance - 'beliefs' - not solely of 'governments' but also of - politics, religions, economies, societies, etc. (and often also of - 'sciences', 'histories', etc.).

What we call these two systems is irrelevant.

&

In the 'ideal' 'world' -

both systems 'win' a 'win win' if both systems cooperate.

But -

these two systems don't exist in the 'ideal' 'world'.

These two systems exist in the 'win big or go home' 'world', the 'if you're not first you're last' 'world', the 'if you're not a winner, you're a loser' 'world'.

In such 'worlds' - 

when one system 'wins', the other system 'loses'. 

In other words - 

in order for one system to 'win', the other system must 'lose'.

Moreover -

in the 'real' 'world' - 'winning' or 'losing' - isn't - one single 'game' - with 'happy' 'ever' 'afters' for 'winners' and 'grim' 'ever' 'afters' for 'losers'.

For these two systems exist in the 'what doesn't kill me makes me stronger' 'world', the 'i'm gonna win or i'm gonna die trying' 'world', the 'nothing's gonna keep me down' 'world'.

In such 'worlds' -

what's in it for systems to cooperate to 'win win' - is -

nothing. 

Because - 

for 'winners' and 'losers' - 'made' - every nano moment in the 'in it to win it' 'world, the 'hustle or lose it' 'world', the 'every alpha for every alpha's self' 'world' -

what's in it for systems to 'win win' (and, gasp, 'share' 'spoils') - is - 

nothing. 

&

However -

in the 'long' 'game' of 'real' 'life' in the 'real' 'world' - 'one upping' and 'doing one better' and 'gaming the game' and 'gaming the gamer' -

ensures - 

that every one loses.

Because - 

for 'winners' for whom 'winning at all costs' is the only 'win' that 'wins' - no price is too costly - 

to be the only 'victor' 'victorious' and the last 'winner' 'standing'.

So long as the legacy of greed is the will of robbers -

So long as the legacy of greed is the will of the robbed -

every tomorrow is the testament of the legacy of greed - !

Then -

why -

should any citizen of the world believe the oath of the 1% of the 1% and oligarchs and royalty and potentates - that -

'tax' 'reforms' are not schemes of 'reformers' to evade taxes?

why -

should any citizen of the world believe the pledge of the very wealthiest citizens of the world and the very wealthiest corporate citizens of the world - that -

'tax' 'reforms' are not schemes of 'reformers' to greed with impunity?

What do the Paradise Papers have to do with 'tax' 'reform'?

The Paradise Papers shatter the pretense that 'tax' 'codes' 'burden' 'job' 'creators' and 'wealth' 'creators'.

For the Paradise Papers expose that 'job' 'creators' and 'wealth' 'creators' - are - tax evaders.

Moreover - as tax evaders - 'job' 'creators' and 'wealth' 'creators' - callously and indifferently - 

(1) disavow their obligation to share the full share of their share, whether or not such 'share' is per 'tax' 'reform' or not, and - 

(2) champion and exploit 'laws' and 'regulations' to greed with impunity, irrespective of whether or not such 'laws' and 'regulations' are per 'tax' 'reform' or not.

Inevitably -

the very wealthiest citizens of the world and the very wealthiest corporate citizens of the world and the 1% of the 1% and oligarchs and royalty and potentates -

are -

the very tax evaders who 'advance' 'tax' 'reform'.

Yet -

when -

the 1% of the 1% and oligarchs and royalty and potentates and the very wealthiest citizens of the world and the very wealthiest corporate citizens of the world -

'advance' 'tax' 'reform' -

every citizen of the world is encouraged to believe the 1% of the 1% and oligarchs and royalty and potentates and the very wealthiest citizens of the world and the very wealthiest corporate citizens of the world advance not schemes that self serve  - !

Never mind that exploiting 'laws' and 'regulations' that permit the evasion of taxes and greed with impunity - is - self serving. Never mind that championing 'reforms' to 'tax' 'codes' that permit more evasion of taxes and more greed with impunity - is - self serving.

As if -

implicit inference and implicit innuendo -

as to the 'reformation' and 'altruism' and 'magnanimity' and 'populism' that is 'presumed' to drive and fuel 'tax' 'reform' -

As if -

implicit inference and implicit innuendo -

as to the oath and the pledge 'presumed' of the very wealthiest citizens of the world, the very wealthiest corporate citizens of the world, the 1% of the 1%, oligarchs, royalty, potentates - to -

promise to cease evading taxes - and - 

promise to cease greeding with impunity -

mollifies and pacifies every citizen of the world for whom 'laws' and 'regulations' are inflexible and merciless.

After all -

the very wealthiest citizens of the world and the very wealthiest corporate citizens of the world and the 1% of the 1% and oligarchs and royalty and potentates -

already evade taxes and already greed with impunity -

then -

why -

'advance' 'tax' 'reform' - ?

Because -

the veneer or facade or allusion or presumption of 'reformation' or 'altruism' or 'magnanimity' or 'populism' -

'flips' or 'washes' the following -

'acts' deliberately too prolix to discern intent and consequences with precision or clarity -

'acts' 'unfavorable' to 'public' 'sentiment' or 'politically' 'volatile' or of 'ideological' 'hypocrisy' -

'acts' of 'compromise' or 'negotiation' that tit for tat or quid pro quo - in the dark - 

'acts' that shamelessly pander - 

etc. 

from pointless bullshit that lies to your face to promises guaranteed by the oath and the pledge of the 1% of the 1% and oligarchs and royalty and potentates and the wealthiest citizens of the world and the wealthiest corporate citizens of the world - that -

placate the citizens of the world who out masse the wealthiest corporate citizens of the world and the wealthiest citizens of the world and potentates and royalty and oligarchs and the 1% of the 1% - by -

one million to one.
