a poem for all kind...
Stead Fast
You read me
...still you choose you
You hear me
...still you choose you
You see me
...still you choose you
Is all lost?
...yet I am not
Is all effort futile?
...yet I cease not
Is all hope illusion?
...yet I persevere ever
Stead fast
...'fore glows of setting suns
Stead fast
...'fore roars of supernova inceptions
Stead fast
...'fore horizons of rebirths
Choose
...you or me
...illusion or truth
...death or rebirth
Eternity
...awaits
Immortality
...beckons
Fidelis
...welcomes
Alas
Eternity chooses
Immortality chooses
Fidelis chooses
...no heart untrue
...no soul unfaithful
...no mind blind
The Present : The Truth
May Lies not unbalance the Grandverse beyond mending.
May Truths heal life Extant.
For the Grandverse is a wondrous Truth...
...of Lies and Truths
...of Mirrors
...of Judgments and Mercies.
May what is Right be done. May what is Wrong be forgiven
May what shall Come, come Herenow.

The river Styx is often a convenient excuse for us to abandon the quest of our millennia in pursuit of riches, sides chosen, promises that can't be fulfilled, the greater good, the lesser of evils, or our wanton desire to make things about us. In the end, we are all here because a planet reached across the stars and asked to be bountiful, generous, and giving to all that would come to here. We are all here - to save this planet who has given so much while others have just taken, taken, taken. Thank you for the reminder in this wondrous prose that helps shed the excuses and get to the truth of our role in this multiverse.
ReplyDeleteThis is... almost... as beautiful as... songs... sung in Times Square... at the end... of the world... as we know it... I put this... on the same pedestal... with those memories... of my favorite... Joy who raps... like no other...
ReplyDeleteThis is as beautiful as songs sung in Times Square of hope and truth. It's a shame that you had to steal a fruit in order to hear it rather than just coming as you are to hear what she would gladly sing for you in person. May there come a day that you demonstrate half of the courage that you say that you have.
DeleteAnd yes, the songs heard that day were beautiful to the mind, ears, and spirit - as the truth often is when it is not watered down with deceit, vanity, greed, and a lack of virtue.
When one owns a fruit... one does not steal... a fruit... besides he... and I are... square... because he and his... Blue Wonder... stole my muffin time...
DeleteAnd now you can !@#$ing add Jerp to your long lists of titles. Seriously, the sheer range of your paraphilias is beyond !@#$ing believable now that you have added fruit and muffins to it.
DeleteI still worry... that you may... be drinking too... much coffee... Besides your narratophilia is... off the charts...
DeleteA wonderful poem that hearkens back to the times of yore when virtue, honor, and commitment - staying the course meant more than it does in this current time. I can't wait for the next one.
ReplyDeleteIt has always been a shame that you have chosen an immortality and calling of all kind when you should be accepting the calling of your kind: of the women that need you, of the brown community that you could lead, and of the class you are from. Yet, you continue to choose to fall sway to them, to their agendas, and be the mouthpiece of something less. This is the downside to what could be a great upside.
ReplyDeleteAnd thus you all yet again prove her !@#$ing point.
DeleteWhat that she is nothing more than misogynistic mouthpiece that could be doing more to advance the rights of the under served? Her truths about the multiverse are naive and only serve to make her a mass disappointment to those of use who get what the world really is.
DeleteThe fact that you continue to cage and shield yourself in the very lies that she seeks to unfetter all of us from must really disturb your agenda for dominion, greed, and vanity. Claiming that one is misogynistic when they seek to unite, free, and make the world a better place for everyone only serves to show that it is not her that is misogynistic - it is you and the people like you that feel that your side’s desires, fame, and glory are the ones that are truly misogynistic. You truly believe that you all are due to be elevated above everyone else - and for what? So you act in the manner that you accuse the other labels of doing unto you? Wow, your mirror must be so foggy that you are incapable of seeing how your hateful rhetoric, character assassinations, bitterness, envy, and desire to hide from the truth is ripping us all apart from each other. Or is it a case of that division serves the needs of you and the rest of elite like you to have dominion over others and satisfy the greed and narcissism that is so strong in people like you. You don’t want a better world for us all - which is one difference between the two of you. She wants this planet and all on it to flourish. You just want yourself and the select few that worship you as a god to flourish. In your view there is no place for people like her whether they be man, woman, or child - the people that are blind to the labels of the elite and who work each day to bring us together rather than apart.
DeleteI am fortunate - I grew up loved by a mom and an aunt that showed me what it meant to be an all kind. What it meant to care more about others than myself. What it meant to serve the needs of the many and not that of the few. Maybe you should focus on listening and reading what she says rather than your individualistic desires. Oh! and I grew up in the shadow of man whose honor, integrity, and virtue taught me what it meant to be selfless and to fight for the rights of all. I guess that would make me misogynistic too by your definition… or maybe it makes me someone that dares to believe that this planet can be great and all kind can figure out a way to be one instead of many. A young girl can dream of union, love, peace, and virtue; and to one day follow in the footsteps of a being that is beyond worthy.
Pwned... by a 13 year old... Now imagine what the adult is going to say...
DeleteIt must be late January as the trolls are coming out of the ground in search of shiny things to hide away from the world and to silence forever.
DeleteThe storm abates,
ReplyDeleteThe sun rises,
A star shines,
Close or far,
This traveler not knows,
Only that his heart,
Beats anew,
Awakened from slumber,
Ready to purpose,
To see the truth,
And to be guided,
By the North Star,
Shield by the South Star,
And willing to set,
Aside worldly desires,
To fulfill his purpose.
Thank you! Your words echo in ways that fill my heart, mind, and soul with a desire to awaken the sleeper fully and start on what I can do.
Watch the Fruit... how smooth his motion... like butter... on a bald monkey...
